About Brandon
Dallas–Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate Broker for Owners & Investors
“Show up. Be consistent.
Do what you say.
Give more than you take.”
Owners and investors work with me when they want to sell better, buy smarter, and reduce risk on industrial, commercial, and land deals in Texas.
I’m a Dallas-based commercial real estate broker and advisor focused on industrial, commercial, and land across Dallas–Fort Worth and Texas. I lead capital markets–focused efforts at Mohr Partners and partner with TradeHub, an industrial and flex platform, and Sage Communities, a horizontal development and entitlement company that delivers paper and finished lots to home builders in the single-family and build-to-rent space.
Across my career I’ve closed 390+ transactions, representing more than $544.4M in volume and 5.26M+ square feet of commercial real estate. That experience shapes how I price, position, and negotiate on your behalf.
Who I Work With
I work with people who see real estate as a lever for their business or balance sheet:
Owners & investors who want clarity on value, timing, and exit for industrial, commercial, and land assets
Landowners & developers who want help unlocking highest-and-best use and structuring smart exits or partnerships
Operating companies & tenants who need facilities that actually support their business model and margins
Private equity firms & portfolio companies that use real estate to grow, recapitalize, or boost EBITDA
On the brokerage and advisory side, I focus on industrial, commercial, and land.
I’ve also invested my own capital in commercial real estate, which informs how I underwrite risk, returns, and exit options for clients.
How I Got Here
I didn’t start in a traditional brokerage training program.
In 2016, I joined a commercial real estate fund focused on acquiring and repositioning distressed assets in Texas and along the Gulf Coast. In my first six months, our team completed roughly $32M in acquisitions - a sprint in underwriting, risk management, and execution.
Since then, I’ve helped clients and partners buy, sell, develop, and recapitalize industrial, commercial, multifamily, and land deals across multiple markets.
Today, that experience shows up in a simple question I ask on every assignment:
“Does this deal actually make sense for your business, your capital stack, and your long-term plan?”
How I Work
My approach is straightforward:
Straight talk about value, risk, and where a deal really sits
An owner’s mindset on underwriting, structure, and timing - not just “can we get this closed?”
A long-term view - I’d rather give honest pushback and lose a deal than push you into something that doesn’t fit
If we work together, you’ll get someone who is comfortable with cap rates, coverage, yield-on-cost, and city process, and who also understands that behind the numbers there’s a business, a family, or a fund that needs the real estate to support bigger goals.
What I’m Doing Now
This section is inspired by Derek Sivers’ “/now page” idea. It is a snapshot of what I’m focused on right now.
Last update: Q1, 2026.
Right now, I am …
Focused on acquiring and developing industrial small-bay warehouse and flex projects in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas
Helping owners and investors evaluate sales, acquisitions, and development options for industrial, commercial, and land across Texas
Studying and refining systems around delegation, teamwork, and growth (most recently through books like Who Not How by Dan Sullivan)
Listening to conversations at the intersection of real estate and entrepreneurship (for example, The Fort podcast with Chris Powers)
I ran a 3:53:01 in the BMW Dallas Marathon in December - setting a new personal best!
