Brandon Hiett is a Corporate Real Estate Advisor that spearheads the Capital Markets efforts at Mohr Partners. Through strategic consulting, and unique acquisition and disposition strategies, Brandon is able to assist institutional investors, private investors, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies in expanding to new locations, increasing EBITDA, and monetizing their owned and/or leased real estate assets.

In 2016, Brandon landed at a [CRE] fund whose focus was acquiring and repositioning distressed commercial real estate assets in Texas and along the Gulf Coast. Within his first six months of joining the fund, his team completed $32M in acquisitions. Brandon has acquired multifamily assets for himself and his clients, partnered with individuals to both reposition and develop residential real estate, and has raised capital as well as source debt for CRE syndications and real estate funds.

Today, Brandon assists his clients in identifying and occupying commercial real estate across the United States. Brandon also underwrites and brokers commercial real estate and multifamily properties for buyers and sellers in on and off-market environments.
